thepostcard.shop is an online shop based in India. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders and prices
All prices are in INR and include GST. An order is accepted when we confirm dispatch. We may cancel an order if a price is listed wrongly, and will refund you in full.

Payment
Payments are handled by our payment provider. We do not store your card details.

Shipping and returns

Artwork
All card artwork and text are the property of thepostcard.shop. You may send the cards, frame them and photograph them. You may not reproduce or resell the artwork.

Liability
Our liability is limited to the price of the items you ordered, to the extent the law allows.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
