Refund policy

This policy applies to purchases from thepostcard.shop, an online shop based in India.

Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives bent, damaged or not as ordered, send a photo through the contact form within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the item at no cost. If we cannot replace it, we will refund it in full to the original payment method.

Change of mind
Cards are printed in small runs, so we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Cancellations
You can cancel before dispatch by using the contact form. Orders dispatch on Monday and Thursday.

Refund timing
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 working days. All prices are in INR and include GST.
